Trip to Oregon

We took a family trip to Klamath Falls, Oregon to visit with Karl's dad, Bob. We haven't seen him for almost two years. It was his first time meeting Kylie. The drive was 6 hours long so went rented a mini-van. It was great to have so much room in the car! The drive wasn't too bad. We stopped about every two hours. We stayed at a really nice hotel for the weekend.

It was so fun to visit with Grandpa Albrecht. He is amazingly smart. Sometimes it seems as if all he does is math problems! He has been working on writing and creating curriculum for teachers K and 1st grade. Natalie and he played math games all weekend long.

We found a neat little children's museum and took in the local sports center on Lake Klamath. The hotel had a great pool where we got to go swimming too. It was so nice to get away.
